By making a booking with Party to the Rescue, you are deemed to have accepted the following Terms and Conditions of booking.  Your contract will not be with Party to the Rescue itself. It will be with the third party using the services of Party to the Rescue (website) to administrate / market their product(s) and / or service(s). That Third party will be referred to here on as ‘The Supplier’. Party to the Rescue acts only as an agent for the companies it markets. No contract is formed when you place your booking order with Party to the Rescue. A legally binding contract between you and the supplier is only formed when Party to the Rescue confirms to you in writing (either by e-mail, fax or post) that your booking has been accepted. Party to the Rescue will be entitled, at its absolute discretion, to refuse any booking placed by you. You undertake that all the details you provide to Party to the Rescue for the purpose of booking the Services will be correct and that the chequebook & /or credit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the Services. Party to the Rescue may in certain circumstances need to pass on your credit card and any other essential details to the Supplier. By booking the Services through Party to the Rescue you are consenting to the passing on of those details. The price of the Services shown in any written documentation may include an administration and Booking Fee. Cancellation of a confirmed booking by you will be subject to you forfeiting any Deposits paid. Where the full Balance has been paid, this will be subject to any cancellation fees as determined by the supplier. Full details of such are available upon request. Liability. As Party to the Rescue is acting as agent for the supplier it  accepts no liability in respect of any claim you may have in respect of the Services, unless that claim arises from Party to the Rescue (website) direct negligence. If you do have any claim or complaint, you should seek redress from the Supplier directly. An authorised officer of Party to the Rescue can only vary these terms in writing. The laws of England shall govern the contract and Party to the Rescue hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Party to the Rescue is a trading Division of  Jagger Uk Ltd. Registered Number: 04945737 Supplier reserves the right to amend or withdraw any element of the above offer at any time. ROAR.


Making a Booking

Bookings can be taken over the telephone along with the deposit due. Upon receipt of these items, confirmation of your booking is forwarded to you within 7 working days. The full balance due becomes payable 21 days prior to date of your booking, unless otherwise specifically arranged. It is understood that those persons booking by telephone accept these booking conditions and that the person initiating the booking in all cases is responsible for making all members of the group aware of these conditions.

 

Deposit and Final balance

 

On receipt of your deposit, confirmation of your booking will be forwarded to you within 7 working days. This confirmation will clearly show the amount of deposit received, the outstanding amount that is due to be paid and the date this final amount becomes payable. If there are any discrepancies, you must contact us immediately. The outstanding balance is payable no later than 21 days before your booking is due to commence. (Unless otherwise arranged in advance) Full payment must accompany any booking made within 21 days prior to date of booking. Payment can be made by cheque or postal order. Cheques and postal orders should be made payable to Hands on Marketing.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be notified to us in writing immediately. If you cancel the whole booking before the final payment is due, your deposit will not be refunded. However, provided you notify us of your cancellation before your final payment is due, your deposit may be transferred to another mutually agreed date. Should you cancel your booking after you have paid for the break in full and less than 3 weeks before the commencement of your break. The following charges will apply as shown on the scale below (calculated on the day written notification is received by us and expressed as a percentage of the total price).

Amendments by you

All alterations should be made directly with the supplier. We will always try to accommodate any reasonable requests for changes to your planned booking. It is however, very difficult to make changes to planned activities within 21 days of your intended date. We would therefore ask you to bear this in mind.

Suppliers Terms, Availability and
Amendments by us

Those using the facilities of our suppliers automatically agree to be bound by their reasonable conditions. For example regarding safety and cancellations. Activities may be cancelled for various reasons e.g.: Anything that could affect customer safety. We reserve the right to make alterations to bookings or any other arrangements, at any time where necessary due to any circumstances beyond our control. We will inform you of any such changes as soon as it is reasonably possible.


 

Health and Safety

We endeavour to work only with reliable third party operators, who manage and supervise their activities to what we believe to be the highest safety standards, if in doubt, please check with us before booking. Additionally, where an activity includes an element of personal risk, suppliers may require participants to sign disclaimers before taking part. If any members of your group have or suspect that they have a medical problem that could be aggravated by their involvement in any of the activities or events that form part of this package they should seek medical advice before embarking on the break, periodically we will check the validity of all our suppliers insurance certificates – if you are in any doubt of this issue whatsoever – please ask the supplier to show you such certification and to confirm its validity. 

Conduct

We ask you to treat our supplies machinery with respect at all times. By signing our booking form you agree to do this. If you or a member of your party commit any illegal act during your break, or if the opinion of our suppliers involved, appears that your behaviour is detrimental to the safety and welfare of fellow members of your group or other guests, or considered antisocial as a whole you may be asked to leave without any right to a refund. We have built a good business relationship with all our suppliers and neither our suppliers nor Party to the Rescue will tolerate any criminal damage or antisocial behaviour. Breach of this could lead to prosecution. There is a £75.00 fee for fouling the inside/outside of the vehicle.

Complaints

Any / All complaints should be directed to the supplier concerned. These details will be supplied to you on request.
